AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and ROCOS Watch (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.rocoswatch.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.

You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms and Conditions are posted.
The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.
Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
ORDER
Once we have received your order we will send an order confirmation email to your email address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.
If item is delayed out of the ROCOS Watch fulfillment center or becomes unavailable, or if there is an error on the Website pertaining to the order, then ROCOS may cancel the order. If this occurs, then ROCOS will contact you and explain the situation.
PAYMENT
You may pay with Paypal, credit and debit cards.Your Payment Provider agreement governs your use of the designated credit card, and you must refer to that agreement and not the Terms to determine your rights and liabilities. By providing ROCOS Watch with your credit card number and associated payment information, you hereby authorize ROCOS Watch to immediately charge your credit card for all fees and charges due and payable to ROCOS Watch hereunder or credit your credit card for any refunds owed and that no additional notice or consent is required. You agree to immediately notify ROCOS Watch of any change in your billing address or the credit card used for payment hereunder. ROCOS Watch reserves the right at any time to change its prices and billing methods, either immediately upon posting on the ROCOS Watch Properties or by e-mail delivery to you.
PROMO CODES
Promo Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.
TAXES
All prices shown on www.rocoswatch.com does not include shipping and import duty. Please note that in case of an order is shipped to an delivery address outside China, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that ROCOS Watch has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, ROCOS Watch cannot predict their amount. It is suggested you contact your local customs office for further information.
DELIVERY
ROCOS Watch ships worldwide.
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, items will be shipped within 2-5 days after you place the order. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners. Consumers have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting ROCOS Watch’s customer service within 30 days from receiving the goods (https://www.rocoswatch.com/store/contactus), provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the customer is responsible for the cost and risk for transporting the returned goods to ROCOS Watch.
ORDERING
ROCOSWatch holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel ROCOS Watch to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
RETURN
Consumers have the right to return the order within 15 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact ROCOS Watch in order to get an address to send the goods to. If an item is damaged during transport, ROCOSshould be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation.
USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Services and any other parties with whom you interact through the Services; provided, however, that ROCOS Watch reserves the right, but has no obligation, to intercede in such disputes. You agree that ROCOS Watch will not be responsible for any liability incurred as the result of such interactions.
TERMINATION & SUSPENSION
You agree that ROCOS Watch may terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Platforms if ROCOS Watch reasonably believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use, or violated the rights of ROCOS Watch, with or without notice to you. You agree that ROCOS Watch may modify or discontinue providing any of the Platforms, with or without notice to you. You agree that ROCOSWatch will not be liable to you or any third party as a result of such modification or discontinuation.
FORCE MAJEURE
ROCOS Watch shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.

The Site may contain (or you may be sent via the Site) links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content").
Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Site or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from the Site, including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices, or other policies of or contained in the Third-Party Websites or the Third-Party Content.
Inclusion of, linking to, or permitting the use or installation of any Third-Party Websites or any Third-Party Content does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by us. GOVERNING LAW AND JURIDICTION
These terms and your use of the www.rocoswatch.com website are governed by Chinese law. To the extent permitted by law, Chinese courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising from these terms of use and your use of the website, subject to ROCOS Watch’s right to prosecute a user at his/her place of residence.
